FACILITY PLANNING COMMITTEE
The Facility Planning Committee examines and evaluates boundary alternatives and recommends options for a comprehensive boundary master plan to the Board of Education. This committee, composed of patrons, Board of Education members and district staff, typically meets every two years to review projected facility registrations and recommend boundaries for schools and on an as-needed basis. The committee will also meet when the district is opening new school facilities.
FACILITY PLANNING COMMITTEE UPDATE
After a comprehensive evaluation in October 2018, the Facility Planning Committee recommended no changes to the current configuration of schools and boundaries. Several schools will be a part of future discussions. A summary of the Committee’s work is available in the FPC Summary document. The committee will convene again in Fall 2019.
Meetings are open to the public, but do not include a public forum. Seating is provided for patrons who would like to attend.

• Meeting cancellations, posted at least 24 hours before a scheduled meeting.
• An agenda for scheduled meetings, posted at least one day before the meeting.
• Meeting minutes, posted by 5 p.m. the Thursday following each meeting, along with electronic versions of handouts provided to the committee.
